The two handles operate decent and hold water when I tested in the sink. See pictures for details. I have not hooked this up to a hydrant test. This listing is for a used Dixon S7150 brass wye gate valve 1.5 F x 2 NST with 2.5 female reducer attached.

The 1.5 female swivel connection is really tight against the reducer and I cannot turn it by hand. Have stored onto this for years.
